I am in person at my art studio office in Sarasota, Florida.
I practice online and find telehealth works best for teens and adults. For children, I recommend in-person sessions or in-person sessions initially to assess if telehealth will be beneficial.

NY residents please check with your insurance for reimbursement. As an out-of-network provider, a superbill will be provided upon request.
FL residents, art therapy is not covered by mainstream insurance, nor will insurance companies reimburse for sessions. However, the state insurance, Sunshine Health, offers coverage for art therapy (ask your case manager), most HSA accounts will reimburse for art therapy, and the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program for children with disabilities may reimburse for art therapy, as well.
Many families I work with prefer not to use insurance, as a diagnosis is necessary for reimbursement.

After 12-16 sessions every other week or once a month sessions can be assessed. Often 20-30 sessions over six months provides sustainable changes. Individuals with co-occuring conditions may require longer support.
